Your need to feel socially useful is important to satisfy, but you do have the right to have fun just for fun's sake. Everything you do in your free time can't be about helping other people -- you'll lose sight of your own personal growth if all you ever do is think about the needs of your friends or family members. Don't give too much of yourself today. Make sure you make some time for yourself. Leave at least the evening hours to do what you want just because you want to do it.
